Dec, 10 2019Joan H.3Not much to see here but the old pillory stocks seem a little surreal, make you feel like you're actually travelling back in time. And what's with them locking the gates so soon in the evening? This was my first time passing through this part of Hartford but it would have been nice if the gates had remained open a little longer. Maybe they don't want vagrants hanging around though because there seem to be a lot in this area.
