Jul, 23 2019Ivelisse Rivera1Wic office located in main St Hartford is the worst ever they are disrespectful not everyone that goes in to you're office is uneducated, they treated me like I was a delinquent from the street the lady didn't even let me finish my questions, she told that she did not have time to answer my questions and that was too busy I was there for an hour just to change an appointment. She was screaming at me in front of all the other mother's there, I am never going back there.
